As the uncertainty regarding COVID-19 continues, our highest priority is protecting both our employees and our customers during these unprecedented times. See below how we have adjusted operations to minimize the spread of coronavirus and keep you and your family safe.

Protecting our Customers

  • We are currently offering the option to request a virtual in-home consultation conducted via Zoom or Phone.  

  • If requested, Site Assessments can be done virtually through image collection and upload by the customer with guidelines provided by eFlow Energy.

  • During installation, the frequent cleaning of all tools, materials and any portion of the home interacted with by our skilled technicians equipped with masks, sanitizer and gloves will be enforced. 

  • Depending on location, jurisdictions are conducting remote inspections of systems through video platforms and picture uploads. 

Protecting our Employees

  • Employees are following all CDC Guidelines in addition to symptom checks at the beginning of each workday.

  • eFlow is allowing office employees to work from home until we deem it is safe to return to work and the COVID restrictions have been lifted.

  • Asking customers to reschedule visits if anyone in their household has a temperature or is exhibiting flu-like symptoms.

  • Equipping all employees with the necessary safety equipment to decrease exposure to COVID-19.
